Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

As an administrator, we ensure that the personal data provided to us is secure and processed only in accordance with the law. You can contact us by letter to our address with the note “Personal data”, as well as electronically via email.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?
We will process your personal data in order to perform the service contract. In addition, we will process your personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations incumbent upon us.
The basis for processing your personal data is:

To whom do we share your personal information?
We will transfer your personal data to entities participating in the performance of our activities, including entities providing services for the provision and maintenance of systems and information technology (IT) equipment on which we work, entities providing hosting services and other controllers of personal data, processing personal data on their own behalf, such as entities conducting postal or courier activities, entities conducting payment activities (banks, payment institutions), authorities and courts within the scope of activities conducted by these authorities or courts, entities cooperating with truly.work in handling accounting, tax or legal matters, to the extent that they become data controllers.
These entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions, with the scope of the data to which they have access limited only to the data necessary to perform activities on our order or necessary to apply for a published job offer. These entities may not use the personal data provided to them for purposes other than those indicated to them by us.
In addition, we will transfer your personal data to entities involved in our performance of the service contract, resulting from the law and the legitimate interest of the administrator.
We do not transfer your data outside Poland / EU / European Economic Area
How long will we keep your personal information?
We will keep your personal data for the duration of the contract and for the statute of limitations for any claims arising from the contract,
What rights do you have related to the processing of your personal data?
You have the right to access your data at any time. In addition, you can request rectification, deletion, portability of your personal data, as well as restriction of its processing.
If you have given your consent to the processing of personal data, this consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
When can you object to the processing of your personal data?
If the basis for the processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data – for reasons related to your particular situation.
Is the provision of data mandatory or voluntary?
Your provision of data is voluntary. However, the consequence of your failure to provide your data is the inability to conclude a contract with you.
Will decisions about you be made by automated means?
Personal data, will not be processed based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
